It’s no secret that St. Petersburg’s Cycle Brewing has a knack for making barrel-aged beers. Owner and brewer Doug Dozark made this fact known during his appearance on the BeerWise podcast and discusses it regularly on the brewery’s social media channels. Eagle-eyed enthusiasts can also spot Cycle’s barrels when the brewery posts videos on social media of Doug moving through Cycle’s production facility.
It was only a matter of time before it was time for a bottle release, and that time is soon.
