Deep Brewing Company has the distinction of being one of the oldest breweries in Tallahassee, and it seems like they may have outgrown their home at 2524 Cathay Court. Fear not, Deep has had crews working on their new home, and it appears to be coming along, with a grand opening in the not-too-distant future.

You’ve probably been watching the progress of the new Deep Brewery & Kitchen just up the hill from our current location at 2524 Cathay Ct., and you’ve likely been thinking, “Well, looks like they’re making progress!”
But what kind of progress, exactly? Well, time to share a little update with y’all!
The walls of Deep 2.0 have obviously gone up since these photos were taken, but these pics were from a few weeks ago during a BIG moment in the construction process:
When the plumbing and site work were being finalized JUST before pouring the foundation!
It took us MANY months to get to this point, so this was a huge step toward completing the rest of the build out, which – as you’ve probably noticed lately – is happening fast and furious these days and coming along nicely!
