The Florida Brewers Conference is coming up, and the Florida Brewers Guild has announced the 2025 keynote speaker: Jack Hendler of Jack’s Abbey Brewing Company in Framingham, Massachusetts.

Extremely happy to have Jack Hendler be our Keynote Speaker for this year’s conference!
Jack Hendler is the founding brewer and Chief Production Officer of Jack’s Abby Craft Lagers in Framingham, MA. Following years of hands-on experience and degrees in brewing from the Seibel Institute in Chicago and Doeman’s in Munich, Jack’s Abby opened in 2011 to brew lagers exclusively. In 2024 the brewery became Hendler Family Brewing Co, one of the largest family owned and operated breweries in the US.
Jack is the co-author of Modern Lager Beer, published in 2024 by Brewers Publications. Jack was acknowledged as 40 Under 40 by Wine Enthusiast for his impact on the global craft beverage industry.
