Ever since Cycle Brewing closed its doors on Memorial Day, the buzz has been spreading about Green Turtle Brewing (or Green Turtle Brewery & Public House, as its website states), the English-themed brewery set to open at 534 Central Avenue in St. Petersburg.
While the new brewery could not be more different from Cycle Brewing in terms of the beers it offers, one commonality among all the breweries in the area is a passion for fine beer and serving as a gathering spot.
The time is coming soon – this week, in fact – as Green Turtle Brewing took to social media to announce its upcoming soft opening, along with pictures from the brewery’s interior.

What to expect? The brewery says, “A pub with proper manners and improper pints. Think British charm, country twang, and a selection of cask ales, craft beers, ciders, wines, and seltzers that’ll have you writing poetry to your bartender.
