Fifth Anniversary Ale
750ml $27
Our Fifth Anniversary Ale blends five unique beers rested in French oak barrels from 1-4 years to create a complex and layered experience. Aromatics of fresh apricots and peaches carry through to the palate with notes of creamy marzipan and candied oranges. Substantial French oak tannins show the time spent in barrels, and our house mixed culture provides soft tropical funk that works in tandem with refreshing acidity and a smooth finish. 7.3% ABV
Coloring Outside the Lines
750ml $29
This beer blends two wild IPAs brewed with Strata, Amarillo, Mosaic, Citra, and Mandarina Bavaria hops. After aging in our French oak barrels for a year, we transferred the beer onto 300 pounds of organic mangoes. Half way through the mango refermentation, we dry hopped with Azacca and El Dorado. Incredibly juicy and tropical, this beer is brimming with notes of fresh cut mango and overripe pineapple, with subtle notes of resin and pine on top of Brett funk and refreshing acidity. 7.5% ABV
Oddities and Outliers Blend III
750ml $27
The Oddities and Outliers series blends dissimilar beers produced with different recipes and processes to create something unique and cohesive. Blend III is composed of three beers aged in French oak barrels: Hoppy Saison aged for 12 months (60%), Lambic-inspired Wild Ale aged 42 months (28%) and a Wild Lager aged 6 months (12%). This layered beer delivers notes of lemon verbena, pineapple, and white grapefruit along a backdrop of sandalwood and earthy funk. This beer will continue to evolve in the bottle. 7% ABV
