Tallahassee’s Deep Brewing Company will be in their new home (a short walk away from their current home), based on their new update and a 4th of July tease from their InDEEPendence Day event.
Here is Deep Brewing’s July update with pictures, courtesy of the brewery.
We took an #UpdateBreak for a couple of weeks, but it’s time for another look inside how things are coming at the new Deep Brewing & Kitchen location!
Last update, it was about “raisin’ the roof” on our building as we officially enclosed the new location.
And today’s update is all about wrapping up the framework before we move inside and show you just how close we are!
In these pics, we recently laid the framework for what will be the NEW Deep bar. How many seats will the Deep 2.0 bar be, you ask? You’ll just have to stay tuned to find that out!
We also had our last folding going up to prep for exterior cladding – marking the TRUE finishing touches on the outside.
We are sooooo close, we can taste it – like a beer bring thrown in the face of our GM Reid Thorn!

Of course, for those who have been by recently and taken a peek up the hill at where we are in present day, you already know we’ve now blown past this stage and are REALLY entrenched in the interior design at this point. So some of these next updates will really hone in on how things inside the new Deep 2.0 are coming!
That’s all we’ve got for ya today, but keep checking back each week as we share more pics and progress reports with you of the Deep Brewery & Kitchen journey.
Thanks to everyone who has been asking how things are going with the new location, and we can’t wait to dive even deeper and tell you more in the coming days and weeks as we swim quickly toward our Grand Opening in just a few weeks!
